This policy explains what personal data Photographers.com.tr (“we”, “the site”) collects when you visit photographers.com.tr, why we collect it and what your choices are.
Who we are
Photographers.com.tr is an online guide and directory for people looking for photographers and for people learning photography. It is operated by Kemal Onur Ozman Photography Prague, a business registered in the Czech Republic (company identification number IČO 08349541), which is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@photographers.com.tr.
Data we collect
- Usage data. Like most websites, our server and analytics tools record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view and the page that referred you.
- Account and listing data. If you register an account or submit a photographer listing, we store the details you provide, such as your name, email address, business name, location, website, phone number, description and images. Listing details are published on the site because that is the purpose of the directory.
- Newsletter data. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe.
- Messages. If you email us we keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to answer you.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, for example to keep you logged in. We also use Google services (such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, connected through Google Site Kit) to understand how the site is used. These services may set cookies and process usage data on our behalf. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still be readable without them.
Embedded content and external links
Some pages include content from other services, such as maps or videos, and many pages link to external websites, including photographers’ own sites. Those services and sites may collect data about you under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
How we use your data
We use personal data to run and secure the site, to publish and manage directory listings, to send the newsletter to people who asked for it, to reply to enquiries and to measure which content is useful. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account and listing data is kept for as long as the account or listing exists. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs and analytics data are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To use these rights, or to have a listing changed or removed, email info@photographers.com.tr. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
